About

I started my cabinet making business after qualifying in City & Guilds Fine Furniture Making and Finishing at Bristol City College in 1995.

I am a designer/maker living and working in South Bristol making bespoke furniture from a variety of beautiful woods. I work keeping environmental concerns in mind, using sustainably sourced timber and often recycled hardwood when requested by customers. I believe wood is best protected with natural finishes that both preserve the warmth to the touch and show the beauty of the grain that improves with use and age.

I love working in wood and it gives me great pleasure to design furniture that will be used for generations to come.

Commissioning

I do all designs and construction myself paying particular attention to the discussion we have about the function of the furniture. Some items I complete in my workshop, other fitted furniture designs may require me to work on site.

I take 30% deposit on commencement of work, with the balance due on delivery/collection.
